In Renegade, the story follows the passionate and tumultuous relationship between an independent and strong-willed woman, Tricia, and a mysterious and brooding cowboy named Zeke. Tricia, a woman with a troubled past, has built a life for herself far away from her previous mistakes, only to find herself drawn into a dangerous situation when she crosses paths with Zeke. Zeke, a man with a reputation for being a "renegade," is a former soldier with a dark and secretive past that haunts him. He is a man of few words and even fewer emotions, but Tricia’s presence stirs something deep inside him, something he has long since buried. Despite his reluctance to get involved with anyone, Zeke can't deny the attraction he feels for her, leading to a fiery and complicated relationship that challenges both of them in ways they never expected.

As the story unfolds, Tricia finds herself falling for Zeke, but she also begins to uncover the layers of his troubled past. Zeke, however, struggles with his own demons, including his inability to open up and trust others. As both of them deal with personal challenges and external dangers, including threats from Zeke's enemies, they must confront their fears and doubts to find a way to build a future together. The novel explores themes of redemption, healing, and the complexity of love, set against the backdrop of the rugged and unforgiving western landscape. As Tricia and Zeke navigate their relationship, they must learn to overcome their pasts and embrace the possibility of a new beginning.
